Registration for the 2011 RenWeb Power Conference Remains Open Until May 30
Schools May Request Delayed Billing for Conference Fees and Receive Invoices After New Fiscal Year Begins
Session Reservations to Begin April 20
Several schools have asked if we are still accepting registrations for the 2011 RenWeb Power Conference. In response, registration will remain open until May 30 or until available meeting space fills, whichever comes first.
We have also been asked if delayed billing is possible. Schools may request delayed billing for conference fees and receive invoices after their new fiscal year begins on July 1, 2011.
We have also been asked when attendees can reserve their seats for desired conference sessions. That process will begin on April 20. Attendees will receive instructions via email on how to complete the online form to reserve a seat in the sessions they wish to attend.
We encourage everyone to register for the conference prior to April 20. This will allow registered attendees to be included in the first round of session reservations and get their first choices for sessions before classes fill.

Conference Dates and Location
The 2011 RenWeb Power Conference will be held on July 19, 20 and 21 at the Renaissance Orlando Hotel at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.
Conference Registration Instructions
To register for the conference, please complete the online form available from within RenWeb by navigating to Report Manager > 2011 Power Conference > Registration Form. You will be able to register up to five participants at a time. After completing the form, each registered attendee will receive a confirmation email.
Conference Registration Deadline
Registrations must be completed by May 30, 2011.
Hotel Reservation Information
We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel, the Renaissance Orlando Hotel at SeaWorld. Our special, negotiated rate for conference attendees and their families is $119 per night. This rate is valid three days pre and three days post-conference based on availability. To book your room at the conference rate, please CLICK HERE.

Session Reservation Deadline
Attendees will be able to reserve seats in their desired sessions between April 20 and June 13. Each attendee will receive instructions via email on how to complete the session reservation process. After June 13, RenWeb will provide back to each attendee a specific conference schedule that includes the date and time of each chosen session.
We encourage attendees to reserve their seats as quickly as possible to ensure they can get their first choices for the sessions they wish to attend before classes fill.
Fees and Billing Information
The conference fee is $295 per participant.
Conference fees will be included in the monthly RenWeb invoice sent to each school. Payment of the conference fees is due upon receipt.
Schools may request delayed billing for conference fees and receive invoices after their new fiscal year begins on July 1, 2011. To request delayed billing, please send an email to email@example.com. Include your district code and ask that Power Conference fees be delayed until July 1.
Cancellation requests must be received prior to June 30 to avoid being billed for the conference. To request a cancellation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your district code and the name of the attendees who are cancelling their registration.
