Session Reservation Form Now Available for 2011 RenWeb Power Conference

Thank you for registering for the 2011 RenWeb Power Conference! We look forward to meeting you personally at the conference and the interaction we will all enjoy with the other RenWeb clients and employees who will attend this event.

The Session Reservation Form is now available for you to access and submit your session reservation requests. In order to submit your requests:

From the RenWeb Main Menu, select Report Manager > 2011 Power Conference > Session Reservation Form > Print.
Please type your school Email Address. This is the same address we used to email these instructions to you.
Click the Open Session Reservation Form button to open the request form.

Please review the Power Conference Sessions List. From the list of Product Demonstrations, Basic Training Seminars, Advanced Training Seminars, Basic Boot Camps, Advanced Boot Camps and Marketing & Fundraising Sessions, please select 15 hours of sessions you want to attend.

Based on your submitted reservations and classroom availability, RenWeb will attempt to enroll you into your desired sessions. We will then provide a specific conference schedule to each attendee. This will occur after June 13 when all session reservations are due.

Please note the following:

The deadline for submitting your session reservations is Monday, June 13, 2011.
We suggest attendees submit their reservations early to improve their chances of receiving their first choice for classes. RenWeb staff will contact you if a requested class has already filled.
You must have registered for the conference before you can access and submit the Session Reservations Form.

Tips to maximize your conference time include:

View the Product Demonstrations: This is a great opportunity to very efficiently get an in-person overview of all the new products and services RenWeb offers through the one-hour Product Demonstrations.
Take the Prerequisites: If you want to take the Advanced Boot Camps at the conference, consider taking the pre-requisite courses online prior to the conference.
Plan Ahead: If participating in a boot camp, bring specific information that you can apply to your school's database through what you are learning in the boot camp.
Divide and Conquer: If more than one person is coming to the conference from your school, sign up for different classes and share what you've learned with each other.
