Software Download Instructions

RenWeb for XP (SP 3) - Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the RenWeb installation package » Click Here
    
2. At the prompt "Do you want to run or save this file?", clickRun
   
3. Once the file has downloaded, you may see a prompt "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?"
   - click Run.
    
4. When the installation wizard starts, follow its prompts.
    
5. Upon completion, you have the option to view the updated Readme file for information regarding the latest release.
    
6. Launch RenWeb (the installation wizard automatically creates RenWeb application shortcuts, on your Desktop and in your Start menu).
   
7. The first time you run RenWeb you will be prompted for your District ID (this is a code your local system administrator will supply) - enter your District ID and click OK.
    
8. Your RenWeb program interface now appears.

RenWeb for Vista / Win7 - Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the RenWeb installation package » Click Here
    
2. At the prompt "Do you want to run or save this file?", clickRun

Network Installation Instructions

1. Create a shared directory on the network with all RenWeb.Com users having the right to Read and Execute. 
    
2. Create a directory where the user has the right to Read, Execute and Modify.  Each user needs a separate directory or users will "talk over" each other when running reports.
    
3. Download the RenWeb installation package » Click Here
   
4. At the prompt "Do you want to run or save this file?", click Save (not Run)
   Save the package to a convenient directory as renweb.msi .
    
5. Open a Command window, navigate to the chosen directory and execute the following statement:
   
   msiexec /i renweb.msi /qn APPDIR=X RW_USERDIR=Z
   
   (where X is a fully-qualified pathname to the shared directory created in step 1 and Z is a fully-qualified pathname to the user directory created in step 2)

Donor Connect - Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the Donor Connect installation package » Click Here
   Note: Microsoft .NET Framework is required before installing Donor Connect
    
2. At the prompt "Do you want to run or save this file?", click Run
    
3. Follow the Installation Wizard instructions to complete the installation.
    
4. If prompted to restart your computer, postpone that until the installation is complete.
    
5. The installation process will take approximately 45 min – 1 hour to complete and will lead the user through 4 installation wizards.
