Download Instructions
  1. Click the link shown above.
  2. When the File Download dialog appears select "Run this program from its current location" and then click OK. The exact messages you get may vary depending on your computer's operating system and web browser you are using.
  3. The program will start to download the file. After downloading you may get a Security Warning dialog "Authenticode signature not found". Select Yes or Grant to continue the installation.
  4. Once the download is complete the installation program will start automatically. The program will be automatically installed in a new folder on the C: Drive named Renweb, and shortcuts will be created according to your specification.
  5. To start RenWeb program, double click on your shortcut icon.
  6. **VISTA USERS** When you run the program for the first time, Renweb will configure components required for certain areas of the program, including gradebook, email and some reports. If you are running Vista, you will need to hold down the keyboard shift key and right click on the shortcut and choose 'Run as ...' (second item from top of pop-up window list). Next select "Allow..." from Windows pop-up and then login to Renweb. This process allows final components to register properly and install to complete. (This needs to be done only the first time the program is run)
  7. The first time you run the program you will be prompted for your District ID. You should get these codes from your local system administrator. Enter the codes into the appropriate box and then select SAVE.

Download Instructions

  1. Step 1: Install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 -- CLICK HERE
  2. Step 2: Install "RenWeb FRP Support" on your system -- CLICK HERE
  3. Step 3: Install "RenWeb Fundraising PRO" on your system -- CLICK HERE
  4. Step 4: Run the program from the desktop icon or start menu, and enter in your District Code into the "Customer Code" area. Also, fill in your Internet connection speed.
  5. Step 5: Renweb Fundraising Pro will automatically check for updates and notify you if you need to download an update.
  6. Step 6: If you still have an icon on your desktop called "Renweb Donors" (the previous version) you will need to manually remove the program "Renweb Donors" via the Add/Remove Programs control panel.

If you are experiencing trouble running Renweb Donor or logging in, please check that your firewall is configured correctly by downloading our Firewall Test Tool.
